REQUEST CONCERT PROJECT
Drazy has been asked to contribute music for this new theater piece that's in development by Joanna P. Adler (who conceived of the project and will play Fraulein R in the production).

Joanna describes it like so... "Along with several collaborative partners, I am developing a new theater piece based on Franz Xaver Kroetz’s 1971 play “Request Concert.” The play can be divided into two worlds: pure sound and pure action. Playwrights were asked to create lyrics. These lyrics were then matched with composers with the request to construct a song based on the notion of "Someone else's nostalgia.

Contributing playwrights include - Richard Foreman, Mac Wellman,Gary Sunshine, Ethan Lipton, Anne Washburn, Anne Marie Healey, Heather Lynn MacDonald, David Greenspan, Ain Gordan, David Grimm, Brooke Berman

Other contributing composers include: Eve Beglarian, Phillip Johnston, Young Goodman Brown, Jonathan Spottiswoode, Jesse Lenat, Rob Kaplowitz, Chris Welles, Tony Geballe...... check back for more info....
